User Experience and Interface Designer
  • Designed 5 standalone websites, 1 landing page and 2 eCommerce platforms.

  • As a part of Google UX Design Certification designed user experience and interface for 3 mobile APPs, 2 of them included responsive APP for tablet and desktop website.

Kind Pet Products Co., Ltd. (Dalian, China)

  • Created and managed 3 premium brands, managed the whole brand development process from scratch to final production and dispatching to wholesalers. Improved the company revenue by ~35%.

  • Together with sales and marketing teams, used Design Sprint method to develop 4 new products for our customers to improve their market share and strengthen positions in the pet products industry. From initial pain points discovery, throughout the users interviews and solution iterations, to the prototyping and testing, led participated in the design process to the final product release stage. As a result the annual revenue improved by ~45% and increased credibility in the industry.

  • Designed over 20 packages for the company brands.

  • Proposed new product package design thanks to user interviews and finding their pain points using the old package. Consumer feedback drastically improved after the package upgrade.

  • Proposed a new packaging test process that helped to drastically reduce damage costs during land and ocean transportation from 4-5% to 0.2-0.5% per shipment.

  • Design 4 new websites for the company brands and increased overall conversion rate by ~80%.

  • Participated in stand design process and marketing materials for for 23 exhibitions in China, USA, Germany, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Malaysia.

  • In order to know more about the competitors and understand user pain points,  participates in field market research visiting South and North American, European and Southeast Asian markets. Using the data collected in research, provided insights for existing and new customers and improved their sales.
